About me and my practice

I endeavour to work with clients to manage intrapersonal and interpersonal conflicts and try new ways of relating and facilitate change. Focus on outdated coping strategies to learn new and flexible ways of responding to difficulties and upsets.I have experience in working with neurodiversity and somatic experiencing. My work is Trauma Informed. My speciality is in working with personality disorders, complex ptsd, attachment issues, anxiety/depression.

I have 20 years of experience counselling children, young people and adults in the NHS, schools and private practice.

My work is informed by somatic experiencing, working with the trapped emotions in the body along with talk therapy and Art as a medium of expression.

Qualifications

Diploma in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy

Bsc(Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Diploma in Trauma Informed Therapy with children, young people and adults.
